A friend told me that his real estate blog was penalized by Google. It’s his 2nd time that his blog was penalized by Google. But this time it’s different penalty. His real estate blog turn into PageRank 0 from PageRank 3. His blog was a very popular real estate blog because it ranks on top 20 if you search for “Real Estate Blogâ€. He suspects that his blog was penalized because of the advertising program he runs on his site. Talking about real estate, my next target after buying my first car is to buy a real estate property. I’m currently consider applying for a loan from a site that offers mortgage refinance loans. Good thing that they provide free mortgage refinance quote.
This penalty has been talked about by many bloggers on their respective blogs. And according to Matt Cutts more blogger will be penalized because of this passing of PageRank scheme. I’ll just update you on the penalty that my friend suffer, if he will be able to regain his site’s PageRank.

Have anyone of you tried ink refilling? I’ve seen few business stall around the city that offers ink refilling services. I don’t know if it’s a printer-friendly and I’m not sure if it’s really effective to refill an ink cartridge. While checking the current market price of ink refilling service, the only difference is around $6. So why not just buy a new ink cartridge rather than risking your printer from the spillage of the refilled ink cartridge.
Here’s what you can do to recycle your ink cartridge. There are few companies buying empty ink cartridge for $4-$10 then use it to buy a new ink for your printer. This is my way how to keep my printer healthy and at the same time save money. I recommend to buy a new ink for your printer, and don’t rely on ink refilling services that are offered in the market right now.

It’s a wonderful feeling, I just can’t explain knowing that I am getting married this coming month. All the wedding preparations are settled as early as last month. Being a kind of person who wants everything is in order, I want every special occassions be memorable and planned ahead of time. So my fiance and I talked about where we could spend our honeymoon. I was surprised when she requested a country which is also my personal choice, Malaysia. And where else in Malaysia we both want to go, of course it’s Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur is Malaysia’s capital and also the largest city in its country but me and my fiance have never been there. We both don’t know the tourist spots we could visit there, the most convenient hotel we could stay and the best restaurants we can dine. I’ve already heard from a friend who’s been there how great his stay in Kuala Lumpur, such a wonderful city according to him. I’ve been searching for a Kuala Lumpur guide to make everything to be in order when we get there and even before we get there. I know our wedding will be memorable to both of us as well as our much awaited honeymoon.

Recently my cousin got involved in a car accident and since he don’t have any car insurance he have to settle the case on her own. So he looks for a legal adviser in Lawyer Directory website. So lessons learned and I have to get a car insurance for my new car. According to my cousin legal adviser I have to get a comprehensive car insurance to be able to cover all the charges if you will get involved in car accident.
I’m not really familiar with car insurance and I don’t know on what type of insurance I will get. Good thing that someone introduces me to comprehensive car insurance. I hope I won’t get involved in any car accident. But it’s better to secure your future with a car insurance. I’ll probably visit a car insurance company later today. I’ll update you on the different car insurance plan they will introduce to me. And I will inform you on my next blog regarding this subject.
