Blog Penalty

Add comment December 15th, 2007

A friend told me that his real estate blog was penalized by Google. It’s his 2nd time that his blog was penalized by Google. But this time it’s different penalty. His real estate blog turn into PageRank 0 from PageRank 3. His blog was a very popular real estate blog because it ranks on top 20 if you search for “Real Estate Blog”. He suspects that his blog was penalized because of the advertising program he runs on his site. Talking about real estate, my next target after buying my first car is to buy a real estate property. I’m currently consider applying for a loan from a site that offers mortgage refinance loans. Good thing that they provide free mortgage refinance quote.

This penalty has been talked about by many bloggers on their respective blogs. And according to Matt Cutts more blogger will be penalized because of this passing of PageRank scheme. I’ll just update you on the penalty that my friend suffer, if he will be able to regain his site’s PageRank.

Ink Refilling

Have anyone of you tried ink refilling? I’ve seen few business stall around the city that offers ink refilling services. I don’t know if it’s a printer-friendly and I’m not sure if it’s really effective to refill an ink cartridge. While checking the current market price of ink refilling service, the only difference is around $6. So why not just buy a new ink cartridge rather than risking your printer from the spillage of the refilled ink cartridge.

Here’s what you can do to recycle your ink cartridge. There are few companies buying empty ink cartridge for $4-$10 then use it to buy a new ink for your printer. This is my way how to keep my printer healthy and at the same time save money. I recommend to buy a new ink for your printer, and don’t rely on ink refilling services that are offered in the market right now.
